Job Title: Soldering Technician
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Wire & Harness Electronics Assembler to support complex cable, harness, and electromechanical assemblies in a high-quality manufacturing environment. This role requires strong hands-on experience with wire preparation, soldering, crimping, routing, and First Article Assembly, as well as the ability to interpret detailed drawings and schematics. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, quality-driven, and capable of working independently with limited supervision.

Work Environment
The work environment is based in San Diego, CA, operating on a 1st shift from 5am to 1:30pm or 6:00am to 2:30pm, with flexibility in shift hours. The role includes approximately 10 hours of overtime a week and occasional Saturdays. The facility supports a collaborative and safety-conscious atmosphere, utilizing hand tools and small power tools for assembly processes.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Poway, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
