The Soldering Technician assembles and reworks electronic circuit boards by performing both surface-mount (SMT) and thru-hole soldering, as well as mechanical assembly of printed circuit boards. This role focuses on high-quality electronic assembly, including soldering components and wires, working with multi-layer boards, and using microscopes and visual aids to ensure precise, reliable results.

Work EnvironmentThe role is based in a very clean production environment with a team of approximately 50 people. Each technician has an individual workbench equipped with the necessary tools and equipment to perform soldering, rework, and assembly tasks. Work is performed on multi-layer, large-format PCBs using microscopes and standard electronic assembly tools. The position is on second shift, running from 2:45 p.m. to 11:15 p.m., with the requirement to train initially on a first shift or mid shift (with 11:00 a.m. as the latest start time) before transitioning to the regular second shift schedule.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
