Are you looking to start or grow your career in the insurance industry? We are currently seeking a Florida-licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join a growing team!
This is a fully remote opportunity, but candidates must reside in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area and be available to travel to the Downtown Tampa office when needed.
Entry-level licensed candidates are encouraged to apply! Previous insurance agency experience is not required as long as you currently hold an active Florida 20-44 Personal Lines License or 2-20 General Lines License. Send resume to jarlene.gonzalez@randstadusa.com!

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with personal lines insurance questions and service requests
- Help customers understand their policies and coverage
- Process policy updates and changes
- Assist with insurance-related documentation
- Research and resolve customer questions and concerns
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Work across multiple computer systems while assisting customers
- Stay up to date on insurance products, procedures, and industry knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to provide an excellent customer experience
What We're Looking For:
- Active Florida 20-44 or 2-20 Insurance License REQUIRED
- Entry-level licensed candidates are welcome to apply
