Package
• Monthly Salary (after tax): RMB 21,000 – 28,000 (inclusive of housing allowance), commensurate with the assigned city and teaching experience.
• Commercial medical insurance provided.
• Leave Entitlements
15 working days of annual leave (including winter holidays), fully paid;
5 working days of sick leave, fully paid;
Chinese Public Holidays.
• Children's Tuition Discount: Employees' children shall enjoy a 70% tuition reduction for the first and second child enrolled in kindergartens.

• International Round-Trip Airfare Reimbursement: After two (2) years of continuous employment, employees are eligible for an annual round-trip economy class airfare reimbursement to their home country, with a maximum subsidy of RMB 5,000.
• Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) – Additional Compensation: The Employee is required to teach at least one (1) extra-curricular class per school term. Such classes shall be compensated separately on a per-class basis, in accordance with the ECA pay scale.
• Relocation Allowance (Actual Expenses Reimbursed)
Overseas hire: up to RMB 6,000 / Domestic cross-city hire: up to RMB 2,000, applicable to second-class train tickets or economy-class flights, reimbursed on actual expenses.
• Professional Development and Training
The Company offers professional development sessions. Employees may also opt to participate in the Montessori Teacher Training Accreditation (EMTTA) certification program for career advancement.
