Your Day-to-Day

Your daily activities will be dynamic and focused on direct customer interaction. You will:

• Prospect and Present: Identify potential clients and present tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs.
• Manage the Full Cycle: Take ownership of the entire sales process, from the first conversation to securing the sale.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and exceptional service.
• Drive Activity: Proactively manage your schedule and daily activities to maximize client interactions and sales opportunities.
• Achieve Goals: Consistently work towards and exceed sales targets.

Compensation

This role offers significant earning potential through a commission-based structure. Successful representatives can expect to earn between $70,000 and $150,000 annually, with your income directly reflecting your performance and dedication.
